ORDERS
By purchasing on this site, you confirm that the credit/debit card you are using is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the credit/debit cardholder to use it, including for age limits. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses to authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delays or non-deliveries. Payment can be made by credit/debit card, also by any other method that may be advertised on our website. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.Prices payable for goods ordered are as stated on our website in EURO. All prices include Swiss VAT.
RETURNS
Buyer has the right of revocation within one week after receipt of delivery. The right of revocation can be exercised in writing or by returning the goods within one week of receiving the shipment and requires no justification. At this point you will no longer be bound to the order. In both cases the buyer is absolutely obliged to return the goods. Goods delivered must be in the condition in which the buyer received them. Returns must be sent to our address and with sufficient quality packaging. The return of goods is best guaranteed if the buyer uses packaging that matches ours. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not accept non-prepaid returns. The risk of shipping will then be borne by the buyer. Please enclose an appropriate bank payment slip or an indication of your bank account.
Should you receive a defective, damaged or non-conforming item to what you ordered, please contact us via Email: info@ bottegadiMiribel.com or fill out the contact form within 7 business days. We will help you solve any problems as quickly as possible by replacing the item once the defective item has been returned to us by mail.
WARRANTY
The purchaser is requested to inspect the incoming goods and has three weeks from the delivery of the order to file a warranty claim, which does not include damage as a result of contact with chemical agents, irritants, oxidizers, or when there is obvious carelessness of the jewelry.
During this period, the consumer may request repair or replacement of the defective product. If customers do not achieve the expected result, cancellation of the contract or refund of the decrease in value is possible.
SHIPMENTS
Shipments to Switzerland will be made by Swiss Post, to Italy by Poste Italiane.
Please note that you may have to pay customs fees and/or import duties. Taxes on imported goods are set by the resident state government and are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information, contact your local customs office or postal service to determine.
Shipping costs to Switzerland and Italy:
- Up to 25 euros: 7.90 euros
- From 25 to 80 euros: 5.90 euros
- Above 80 euros: free of charge
